Refund Policy

⚖️ Refund & Cancellation Policy – HKT Coaching
At HKT Coaching, we are committed to delivering high-quality football coaching experiences. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and this policy outlines our approach to cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds to ensure fairness and clarity for all clients.

1. Client Cancellations
•     Notice Given 6 Hours or More: Clients may cancel or reschedule a session with no penalty. A full refund will be issued upon request.
•     Notice Given Less than 6 hours or more: Refunds are not available. A reschedule may be offered at the coach’s discretion, depending on availability.
•     No-Show: Missed sessions without prior notice are non-refundable and not eligible for rescheduling.

•     The reason for this being that someone else's position as been reserved by you.

2. Coach Cancellations
•     If a session is cancelled by HKT Coaching due to unforeseen circumstances, clients will be offered a full refund or the opportunity to reschedule at no additional cost.

3. Block Bookings
•     Refunds for block bookings (e.g. 4 sessions a week) are only available if cancellation is requested before the first session.
•     Once the block has commenced, refunds are not issued. However, unused sessions may be rescheduled within the original booking period.

4. Weather & Venue Disruptions
•     Outdoor sessions affected by adverse weather will be rescheduled or relocated to an indoor venue where possible.
•     Refunds are not provided for weather-related changes unless the session is cancelled entirely.

5. Refund Requests
•     All refund requests must be submitted in writing to hktcoaching7@gmail.com within 48 hours of the affected session.
•     Please include your full name, session date, and reason for the request.
