Welcome to HKT Coaching. By accessing our website or participating in our coaching sessions, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Player Eligibility
•     Coaching sessions are open to children aged [insert age range, e.g. 5–12 years].
•     Parents/guardians must complete a registration form before participation.
•     Any relevant medical conditions must be disclosed for safety purposes.

2. Session Bookings & Payments
•     All sessions must be booked in advance via our website or direct contact.
•     Payment is due before the session begins unless otherwise agreed.
•     Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance for a refund or reschedule.

3. Code of Conduct
•     Players are expected to show respect to coaches, teammates, and equipment.
•     Bullying, aggressive behaviour, or discrimination will not be tolerated.
•     Parents/guardians are encouraged to support positively from the side-lines.

4. Safety & Liability
•     HKT Coaching takes all reasonable steps to ensure a safe environment.
•     Coaches are FA-qualified and hold valid DBS checks.
•     Participation is at your own risk. HKT Coaching is not liable for injuries unless caused by negligence.

5. Photography & Media
•     We may take photos or videos during sessions for promotional use.
•     If you do not wish your child to appear in media, please notify us in writing.

6. Data Protection
•     Personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
•     We do not share your information with third parties without consent.

7. Cancellation by HKT Coaching
•     Sessions may be cancelled due to weather, illness, or unforeseen circumstances.
•     In such cases, we will offer a reschedule or refund.
